In the event that you wish to refund, return or replace an item, kindly see our Return Policy below:
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS?
- We accept returns, refunds or replacement of items received with damage or deformity within 7 days upon customer receiving items, based on logistics delivery date. Items must be received in unused and untampered condition with labels, sticker, packaging still attached and intact.
- Returns will be subject to review and approval by Home World Ph. Returns do not cover customer’s change of mind or ordering of wrong item or ordering same item from another store. All information including description and photos are provided prior your ordering.
- Replacement of defective complete set of items with removable parts (ie. breastmilk pump) is applicable within 7 days upon customer receiving items, based on logistics delivery date. Complete set of items including all parts, manual and packaging must be returned complete with all parts, packaging and manual. Packaging (ie. box, plastic) must be intact.
- Replacement of defective parts only is applicable within 30 days upon customer receiving items, based on logistics delivery date. To request for a parts replacement, please send us a photo and/ or video of the defective part.
- To request for a replacement, refund or return, please message us within 7 days upon receipt through email firstname.lastname@example.org with clear pictures and or video of the defect/ damage in the item along with pictures of the packaging, courier pouch and waybill and a description of the issues you see.
DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING FEES?
- Shipping fees for orders with Free Shipping are not eligible for refunds. Refunds will only cover actual price of the sold item.
HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
- Refunds will be issued after receiving returned item. Home World PH can send refunds through the following payment options
- Banco De Oro
- EastWest Bank
- M Lhuillier
- Western Union
HOW DO I REQUEST FOR A RETURN/ REFUND?
- Email us within 7 days upon your receipt (based on courier delivery date) at email@example.com with a picture and/ or video of the defect/ damage on the item, along with packaging, courier pouch and waybill. Include a description of the defect/ damage you see. If you do not have an email, please message us thru Facebook messenger and include the requirements mentioned.
- We will send you a reply if your request has been approved. You may then drop off the item at an LBC branch for return to us.
- We will email or message you status of your request upon receipt of the returned item.
THE COURIER CHARGED ME MORE THAN THE PRICE I’M SUPPOSED TO PAY FOR
- Unfortunately, in this event, we can no longer refund you the excess you paid since couriers are only our third-party providers and not employed by us. We ourselves will only receive the exact amount we declared in the packages we send. To prevent this, please make sure to take note of the amount you’re expecting to pay and check the amount we have provided in the waybill before you receive and pay for the item.
- In the rare event that Home World PH has declared the wrong amount in the waybill, we will be more than happy to return the excess amount to you.
